Assistant General Counsel for General Law, Ethics and Regulation

SES member since 1996, Ms. Granat previously served as Treasury’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for Human Resources and CHCO, Director of Office of D.C. Pensions, and Deputy Assistant General Counsel for General Law & Ethics. She also served as the first Deputy Chief Counsel for General Law at TSA.

  Chief, Criminal Investigation
  Chief Richard Weber oversees approximately 3,500 law enforcement personnel responsible for investigating tax and other financial crimes, including money laundering, corruption and terrorist financing.
• David Monroe
  Director of the Office of Fiscal Projections
  Principal advisor to the Fiscal Assistant Secretary on matters relating to cash and debt forecasting, debt subject to limit, marketable borrowing and investment activities.
• Cheri Mitchell
  Assistant Administrator for Management & Chief Financial Officer
  Oversees TTB’s administrative and financial management programs, including a $100 million budget and $23 billion in alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and ammunition excise tax revenues.
